Job Profile
Follows standard practices and procedures
Duties and tasks are routine and standardized
Packages simple / medium complexity applications
Manages work tasks based on input from senior engineers.
Designs, authors, tests, documents and performs basic debugging of application packages according to customer standards, policies and procedures
Documents application packages worked on.
Basic understanding of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win2K, XP, Vista).
Basic understanding of Windows Installer and Virtualization Technologies (Wise, Installshield).
Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Communication skills
Attention to Detail
Customer Focus
BEs, MCAs, MSC (IT / CS), MCM
0-2 years of desktop support experience or relevant degree.
Qualification : BE/MCA/M.Sc
