For PROBATIONARY ENGINEER, GEN / OBC candidates with first class in B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering Graduate from AICTE approved Colleges in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication / Telecommunication / Mechanical / Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering. Candidates with first class in AMIE / GIETE, in the above disciplines are also eligible to apply. SC/ST/PWD candidates with pass in the above degree / disciplines are eligible to apply.
For PROBATIONARY OFFICER (HR), GEN / OBC candidates - Graduation with First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University / Institute. For SC/ST/PWD candidates – Graduation and pass in any of the above Postgraduate qualifications.
Candidates currently studying in the final semester / final year of BE / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering/MSW/MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma in the specializations mentioned above and who will be appearing for their final semester/final year exams in the month of May/June 2012 are also eligible to apply.
The maximum age limit for General candidates is 25 years of age as on 01.05.2012 for all posts.

b) QUALIFICATION	:	For PEs For General/OBC candidates - First class in Engineering Degree from AICTE approved Colleges in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication /Telecommunication / Mechanical / Computer Science/ Computer Science and Engineering. Candidates with AMIE / GIETE in the above specializations should have secured first class.For PO (HR), For General / OBC candidates - Graduation with First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University / Institute. For SC/ST/PWD candidates – Graduation and pass in any of the above Postgraduate qualifications.
SPECIAL DISPENSATION FOR SCHEDULED CASTE / SCHEDULED TRIBE AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITY	:	Pass in Engineering degree/ Post Graduate degrees in specializations mentioned above for SC/ST & PWD candidates.
